Playboy Bunnies, Porn, and Sooners

So I thought I should tell you about my porn purchasing experience this afternoon.

So, when I was driving home from Dallas today, I thought to myself, "Hmmm, it's Sunday, what better day to buy some porn?" So I headed to the nearest place, 15 minutes from my school, to get some stuff.

Well, this highway that I was traveling on was the route for all the happy Oklahoma Sooner fans to get home, and I think I might have been the only Texan on the road today. When I arrived at the porn store, there was a nice banner greeting people who had come there from the state fair.

I know, after a long day of eating corny dogs and riding the ferris wheel, that all I want to do is go get "Where the Boys Aren't, #37."

Anyway, so the parking lot is practically full. And I noticed that the majority of the perverts there were from Oklahoma. Just something I noticed. And then I went inside.

Now I've been to a lot of porn stores. This was the busiest store I've ever seen. It was packed! My goodness. I guess all the OU fans wanted something to take home with them.

Also, the radio was playing coverage of the war we now have going on. I just thought that was funny. Shop for porn and get your news at the same time.

So there ya go. Porn talk. I bought something called "Cherries 19" or something. I'm umm.. doing research for sexual psychology. Umm.. yeah.

I'm about to watch the Cowboys/Oakland game. I am excited about this, because Oakland is my pet team and the Cowboys suck. Go Oakland!

Well, there's nothing like reading old diaries from when you were 13 to make you realize how fucking dramatic life used to be, and how glad it's not that crazy anymore. Kat and I spent many hours looking at notes we wrote each other in ninth grade, like 5 of my old diaries, and my photo album. It was nice to see how far we've come, and to relive some of the things that made us who we are today, but it's not something I'd like to do more than like.. once every couple of years. It's almost painful to see how stupid and scary my life was. Some of the choices I made have been questionable, to say the least.

But there's something to be said for ordering pizza, drinking Dr. Pepper, loving on two cute puppies, and just hanging out with old friends. It's good times, people, good times!

I also called Angel Boy. We talked for a few minutes. We didn't really have anything interesting to say. I learned that he's been working at the same movie theater that we used to go to when we dated and then where we worked together a few years later. That means he's been working there for at least 6 years. The theater itself has gone through 3 different names. But anyway. He asked if Ali-Kat and I would like to hang out, but I politely declined. Because I was sick and I didn't think it would be very romantic to be blowing my nose every five minutes in front of him. And because it just would have been wierd.

I had chocolate peanut butter ice cream from Baskin Robbins today. MMM.. chocolate peanut butter ice cream!

Oh, and how can I forget.. last night I met my dad's current girlfriend, the Playboy Bunny. I didn't even know her real name, since even my dad just calls her "Bunny."

Well, I just didn't understand it. She was nice enough, I guess, but she personifies "Dallas woman." She had the big hair and the big giant fake boobs and long nails and pink lipstick and tight jeans. Ugghhh. She is the antithesis of my mom. But, I guess no one can really be like my mom. Not that I want anyone to be. ANYWAY! Yuck.

I'm going to take a nap now.
