Come back, mommy! Where's my tape? And it's been a month.
So, it's officially been a month since the VMA's. Which means that I've been on my hardcore Axl obsession for a month now. Even more than usual, even! That's cuz he's mainstream, biznitches.. he's coming to a city or town nearest you, and you better get ready! Yeeyuh.
The VMA's last month was also when I stopped working out everyday, because I took that day off to prepare myself for the awards. That sucks because I haven't gotten back to working out everyday and it's just not good times. But I started again today so hopefully I'll get back on track.

BB and I are having a discussion of sorts.. he said I couldn't care less about going to the football game on Thursday and I said I did! Here's part of that conversation.. I thought it was amusing, anyway..
Me: You couldn't care less about the GN'R concert but you're going to that.
BB: Your reason: because a win makes me happy, and it's an auto win.
Me: For the second time, no less.
BB: Actually.
BB: I've become quite the GNR fan..
BB: Without you involved.
BB: Thank you very much.

Blah.. I'm sad. In my search for the GN'R Rio tape that's somewhere around here, I found a tape of Christmas 1982 in my house. I was 3 years old.
It's making me sad because my mommy is such a nice mommy and she's being so nice to my little 3 year old self.
I went to my mom's today and her husband is looking for job positions elsewhere. Which means she's going to move eventually. Which makes me really sad! My mom has never lived more than 45 minutes away.. we were roommates for 18 years and we went through so much together, and then I went to school in Dallas and I was 20 minutes away, then I went to school in Denton and I was 45 minutes away, and then she moved to Denton when she married my step dad and now she's only 10 minutes from me again! I lean on my mom. I depend on her. I don't know what I would do when she moves.. she helps me out of all the messes I get into and she's saved my ass so many times and I don't want my mommy to leave! I almost want to cry just thinking about it!
Blah.
But this is a pretty funny video.. my brother was actually being nice to me, and I copied like.. everything he did. Which I always do, pretty much. I started liking the music I do just because he liked it first. Funny stuff, yes sir.

Speaking of music, that friggin John Mayer song has followed me around all day today! And it's a lovely song and everything, but it's just sooo.. poppish! There's nothing rock and roll about it, and I need more crunchy songs for my auditory pleasure! Bah on John Mayer.

You know, I seem to lie a lot lately. Not huge lies, like "I'm graduating with honors," no, it's more like "Yes, I have been taking my pills, yes, I am getting good grades, no, I haven't spent all my money this month.." and uh.. that's not good. I really need to get myself together and not have things to lie about. Or maybe it's just me.

"You would think as soon as I got to Vegas I'd feel a disturbance in the atmosphere and then be able to slowly think to myself that Axl was in the proximity. But no, that did not happen, and the only way I found out that Guns N Roses were there was 2 days later at a casino in California. I almost cried, I really did."
